We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Made-to-order merchandise

How to Get Help

If there’s an issue with your order, email us at relatablewasian@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges Because items are made to order, we’re unable to offer exchanges for size or color at this time. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll review it and work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
